THE BEREAVEMENT JOURNEY
The Bereavement Journey
Are you grieving the death of a loved one or struggling with the long-term effects of loss? The Bereavement Journey is a short course for anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way.
Over seven sessions working together in small groups, it gently guides bereaved people through the most common aspects of grief so they can understand what is happening and work out their next steps forward. It is a safe and secure place for you to share as much or as little as you like.
